Our aim is to provide assistance with injuries and pain to help you through this difficult time. 

Treatment - what it will include

Using video consultation we can provide a comprehensive assessment through

• Verbal questioning (a usual part of your physio appointment)
  
• Observing the site of your injury/pain
  
• Analysing your movements
  
• Using clinical tests/movments to test different structures (ligaments, muscles, joints)
  

Using the above information a clinical picture is developed and then we can decide on the most appropriate treatment.

Any ACC paperwork/claim can also be completed remotely within the consultation.

Telehealth means that we can continue to help with injuries and pain remotely while we are in Level 4 COVID-19 alert.

 
Treatment will be provided remotely and will be tailored to your needs and will include:

• Summary of findings with diagnosis
  
• Advice to follow at home
  
• Education and instruction on self treatment techniques you can do at home - this may include self mobilisations with movement, fascial release, self massage
  
• Postural education
  
• A Comprehensive exercise program to help with your rehabilitation
  

When appropriate you may also be referred to your GP for medical review and/or further investigation.
